Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print a prepaid shipping label, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the garments.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the return label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
